Rome, everything is ready for the 4th edition of the Gluten Free Days-Wellness Food Fest

The awaited appointment with the GLUTEN FREE DAYS – WELLNESS FOOD FEST (www.glutenfreeday.it), now in its fourth edition, to be held at Rome to the Salone delle Fontane (via Ciro il Grande 10/12, EUR district), Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 October 2016, from 10 am.00 to 19.00.

Designed and produced by Roberto Malfatto for the Lanificio Factory and WEFOR onlus, in collaboration with AIC Lazio (Italian Celiac Association of Lazio) e We For 2016, and with SuLLeali Responsible Communication, the event is sponsored by the Ministry of Health, the Lazio Region and the Municipality of Rome.

Ambassadors of the event, the glutenfree chefs Marcello Ferrarini with Gambero Rosso, Marco Scaglione, the master pizza chef three times world champion Marco Amoriello with Peroni Senza Gluten and the food bloggers Alice Gorgatti and Katiuscia Niutta.

Gluten Free Days is one of the major national events dedicated to the world of gluten-free and the only one held in central-southern Italy.

It is a unique format of its kind, because it combines the innovation of gluten-free food manufacturers, quality catering and medical-scientific in-depth analysis up to the diagnosis of celiac disease.

Gluten Free Days goal is to offer celiacs and those who for different reasons choose to eat gluten -free, an environment to their measure, in which they can find not only a correct diet but also a great level gastronomy as well as events, insights, consultations psychological, fun for children and scientific information. In the medical field, another important collaboration is the one with the Order of Psychologists of Lazio whose “Psychology and Nutrition” team will take care of the psychological desk on Saturday and Sunday of Gluten Free Days, to welcome and direct those who will have to learn to live with celiac disease or accompany their children in facing serenely the sacrifices associated with a gluten-free diet.

Sunday 2 October, always in the morning, it will be the turn of conference-debate “Eating today, between ancient certainties and new awareness” in which the different approaches of traditional and modern dietetics will be compared, and where the dr.Sara Farnetti, specialist in Functional Nutrition and Metabolism, reference for numerous Rai programs.

Numerous new features for companies too: a section dedicated to B2B and workshops aimed at deepening the themes halal/gluten free, to stimulate collaboration in the sector and support its growth.
